Let's change the future of South Africa
Empower Women... Educate Pre-School Children
Societas for ECD (NPC) builds a sustainable fund to make this happen
How do we change the future of South Africa?
The only sustainable way to change the future of South Africa and create a equal, prosperous and crime-free country is to empower our women and educate our children. If we want to see South Africa overcome inequality, poverty, crime and unemployment we need to work together and take extra-ordinary, imaginative, and life-changing steps. We need a daring, implementable vision and many partners working together to make it a reality. Societas builds and manage a sustainable financial fund to support the country-wide explosive network of NGO partners that implement the SmartStart Social Franchise Program in the field of Early Child Development. Societas partners with Smartstart, DG Murray Trust, Embrace, Nali-Bali, Ilifa Labantwana, Diaconia, and many other implementing NGO’s involved in roll-out and implementation of the SmartStart Social Franchise Program in the field of Early Child Development. They empower and support local women in communities across South Africa to educate pre-school children while building small sustainable businesses for themselves. Societas partner with companies, individuals, and fund managers to build a sustainable financial fund to support these local SmartStart women to bring quality education opportunities and sustainable community development to the poorest pre-school children across South Africa. Is it possible to eradicate poverty? Can we ensure that every child in South Africa receives a good education? It may seem beyond our reach today, but as South Africans we have no choice but to stand together and actively and determinedly pursue the goal of an equal and just society where all our children have access to education and opportunities. Our children are being left behind by an education system that is breaking down exactly when it is most urgently needed to secure our future. The future of all of us in South Africa is at stake...
