How do we change the future of South Africa?


The only sustainable way to change the future of South Africa and to create an equal, prosperous and crime-free country is to support, enable and empower our women and educate our children.

If we want to see South Africa overcome inequality, poverty, crime and unemployment we need to work together and take extra-ordinary, imaginative, and life-changing steps.

We need a daring, implementable vision and many partners working together to make it a reality.

Societas NPC builds and manage a sustainable financial fund to support the country-wide explosive network of NGO's seeking healing through ECD interventions.

Societas collaborates with many partners e.g. Smartstart, Nali-Bali, Ilifa Labantwana, Diaconia, Badisa, Primary Schools, Health providers and many others addressing the continuing cycles of trauma in Early Childhood Development brought on by the chronic violence of poverty, inequality and abuse in communities.

Our Core mission is to network, fund and support stakeholders like NPO's, churches, schools and businesses across South Africa with similar objectives.

Societas partner with companies, individuals, and fund managers to build a sustainable financial fund to support these local programmes to bring trauma-informed support, quality education opportunities and sustainable community development to schools and communities.

Is it Possible to eradicate poverty?


the complex challenge that we face is: Can we as social solidarity partners solve the complex problems and vicious cycle of poverty, school dropouts, crime, drug addiction and violence in our townships and communities?

Can we ensure that every child in South Africa receives a good education? Can schools become place of healing and safety where children can develop to their full potential?

It may seem beyond our reach today, but as South Africans we have no choice but to stand together and actively and determinedly pursue the goal of an equal and just society where all our children have the necessary support, access to education and opportunities.The future of our children are being destroyed by crime and violence and education system that is dysfunctional exactly in those communities where it is most urgently needed to secure our future.
